We are aware that trying anything new can be challenging. Because of this, we have a straightforward return policy: if Nutrithings doesn't work for you, we'll fix it without asking. We are so grateful for your trust!
Return Policy: Timeline
• Any product may be returned within seven days after the delivery date.
• The original payment method will receive a reimbursement from us. We will send a check in your name for payments made via bank deposit or cash on delivery.
Conditions of Return
• Product Condition: The item needs to be in its original packing and unopened. Items that have been used, opened, or damaged are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• Free Gifts: You must also return any free gifts that were included with your order, such as a T-shirt or shaker cup. If not, your return will be reduced by the cost of these items.
Return Process
• Return Request: Get in touch with us to start the return procedure. The legitimacy of your request will be confirmed and processed accordingly.
• Pickup Service: We will make arrangements for the product to be picked up from your location if your return is accepted. You can use any courier service of your choosing to return the item if our pickup service isn't available.
• Examine packing: Examine the packing prior to accepting the merchandise upon delivery. If anything looks damaged, deny delivery and let us know right away so we can help you further.
Important Guidelines
· Full Return: Send the product back with all of its original packing, labels, manuals, and attachments.
· Processing of Refunds: We will immediately handle your refund as soon as we receive the product.
Non-Returnable Products
We are unable to accept returns or provide reimbursements for:
ü Used Products: Commodities that have been opened, used, or tampered with are referred to as used products.
ü Damaged Serial Numbers: Items having UPC codes or serial numbers that are either missing or broken.
ü Incomplete Returns: Products that are returned without their original labels, packaging, or accessories are referred to as incomplete returns.
ü Health or Personal Reactions: We do not accept returns for rashes, upset stomachs, or personal preferences. If you have any concerns, please speak with a healthcare professional before making a purchase.
